holiday you deserve. |

of room on this side of the house. Space to play, park a car or boat, or
maybe a picnic under the trees. There is a ramp at the back of the deck
for when we're not so steady on our feet. |

The spacious deck is great for just laying around, sitting on the steps in
the morning sunshine with a cuppa, a leisurely breakfast or checking out
the Sunday paper to see how your grandson is going in the football. It's
the favoured place to relax and take it easy, young or not so young,
winter (when these pics were taken) or anytime. With 2 tables, 8 chairs and
a barbecue, also a great place for outdoor meals or a few drinks with
friends.

This will give an idea of why this house has a special feel
about it. The high curved ceiling gives the living area such a spacious
feel to the front part of the house. It is the ideal place to enjoy a
break.
The main bedroom with built in wardrobes, has a generous
ensuite, with a shower big enough for two. This bedroom is on the same
level as the living area.
The upper level (about 1.5 metre higher than the living
area) has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and an area with an
additional phone and TV outlet. One of these bedrooms has two single beds
that can be put together and made up into a king size bed. The other
bedroom has two double bunks. The other area is suitable as a separate TV
room, a place for a computer, or just a quiet area to rest a while on the
lounge.
