This house is in a fairly quiet part of Amity Point and is within a ten minute walk of the ocean and bay beaches. The most striking features of this beautiful new house are the curved roof and large open living area with a 4.8 M high, curved, timber panelled ceiling. 

There is a generous deck at the front and part of one side. The deck is a favourite spot where you can enjoy the morning sun or afternoon shade. It's an ideal place to have a few drinks with friends, enjoy outdoor meals cooked on the gas barbecue, take it easy with a good book or just listen to the birdlife. At the rear of the deck is a ramp for easy access.

Right next to Island Sun is a grassed area with a few trees, then a fire access track and then natural bush. This buffer area gives easy car access to the ramp, a place to park cars or a boat and enhances privacy to the deck on that side of the house. There is a carport at the front of the house and plenty of bore water for washing a boat.

Island Sun, has an attractive high curved ceiling in the living area, polished floors, has insect screens and sleeps 8 comfortably. There’s all mod cons - dishwasher, microwave oven, automatic washing machine, dryer, TV, VCR/DVD, & sound system. (bring your favourite videos, DVDs & CDs) The main bedroom at the living area level has a queen bed and an ensuite.  Upstairs has 1 bedroom with 2 singles which convert into a king, another bedroom with 2 double bunks and there's also a semi open area with separate phone & TV access. There’s also a bath, and there are 3 toilets.

There's a phone for any incoming calls and outgoing local calls. Other calls can be made using some types of phone cards.
